dave graney and the mistLY
Thats how we're gonna be handled for 2012 onwards.
Recorded a great album in early February and now we're figuring out when and how to drop it. Guitars, bass and drums. Did two days at Soundpark.11 songs on the first day, one more and all the vocals on the second. Overdubbed some backing vocals, percussion and acoustic guitar for 3 songs.
Mostly its just the sound of our band in a studio. No layering or overdubs.
Idge runs Soundpark and he got a great sound from the room and the band.
I'm mixing it now but all I do is bring up the faders on the tracks and its all there. Not using any effects. Its down on whats there instead of tape! The hard drive!
